VREALSHARP’s SHARPENING PROCESS!
#1 - Check all cutting utensils efficiently with a magnifying glass
to determine the integrity of each blade
#2 - Multiple tests using wet & dry materials to determine sharpness
#3 - Before and after pictures will be sent to clients
#4 - Soak tools in our ultrasonic cleaning machine with soap/water & jewelry cleaner
#5 - Once all tools are properly disinfected we then proceed
to determine which tools necessary for the sharpening process
~HAIRCUTTING SHEARS~
#1 - Remove screw & washer from shears
#2 - 3 different kinds of whetstones including Fine, Medium, Coarse,
& also our double sided diamond-cut whetstone
#3 - Scimech Jr. Flat honing machine for Convexed & Beveled shears
with multiple different grits including a buffer for shine
#5 - We then put the shears back together & replace or fix
any broken or missing pieces
#6 - Test shears with wig or extension hair, wet & dry
to make sure everything works perfectly!
~ VREALSHARP KNIFE SHARPENING ~
#1 - before and after pictures of cutting tools will be sent to client's
#2 - We then check over knives with a magnifying glass efficiently
for any chips, scratches or broken bits
Multiple tests using wet & dry materials to determine sharpness
#3 - All large cutting tools are disinfected
using rubbing alcohol and our ultra sonic cleaner
using soap/water & jewelry cleaner elixir
#4 - We then determine which equipment
is best suited to proceed for perfected sharpness!
