• All tools are checked efficiently under a magnifying glass to determine the integrity of each blade
• Multiple sharp tests will be done using wet & dry materials
• Will need customers consent to replace/fix any extra parts (if in stock)
• Soak tools in our ultrasonic cleaner machine to clean/disinfect
• We determine which equipment is necessary for elite sharpness

Equipment in shop includes
- 3 diff grit whetstones,
- 1x30 sander belt
- 5” disc sander
- stone Grindr & buffer wheel
all have multiple different grits
• Honing+Buffing
for a Polished finish
• Once desired sharpness is met, multiple tests with wet/dry materials will be completed to ensure perfect sharpness
• ultrasonic cleaning machine again to disinfect + clean
• Demagnifying machine
(if necessary)
• Before/After pics sent via text/email
• Sharpened + Shined tools will then be wrapped carefully & delivered back to their owner.
